How do I cancel my subscription plan?

You can cancel the subscription plan from the app or from Appstore /Google Play Store. 
To cancel from the OMRON connect app: 
  1. Open the OMRON connect app 
  2. Go to Profile -> Premium Features 
  3. Tap on “Manage my subscription” button 
  4. Under “Cancel my subscription” section, tap “Yes” button 
  5. In the following pop-up, tap “Confirm” button 
  6. You will be navigated to the Appstore or Google Store. Locate the OMRON connect app and cancel the subscription 
 
 
To cancel from the Appstore: 
iOS: 
  1. Open the “App Store” on your phone 
  2. Tap on the “Profile” button on the top right 
  3. Tap on “Subscriptions” 
  4. Locate the OMRON connect app and cancel subscription

To cancel from the Google Play: 
Android: 
  1. Open “Play Store” on your phone 
  2. Tap on the “Profile” button on the top right 
  3. Tap on “Payments $ Subscriptions” 
  4. Tap on “Subscriptions” 
  5. Locate the OMRON connect app and cancel subscription
