Why am I not getting any notifications?

To make sure notifications are received, please ensure the following: 
“Notifications” are turned ON in Profile -> App settings in the app. To do so: 
iOS: 
  1. Go to Settings on your smart device 
  2. Select the “OMRON connect” app 
  3. Ensure notifications is turned ON 
Android: 
  1. Go to Settings on your smart device 
  2. Ensure notification for “OMRON connect” app is ON 
  3. Tap “OMRON connect”. Ensure notifications is ON
