Why won’t my HeartGuide™ connect to the OMRON connect mobile app?

There may be multiple reasons your HeartGuide™ cannot connect to the Omron connect app:  
  1. Your mobile device is more than 10 feet away from the HeartGuide™. 
  2. Your HeartGuide™ is in charging mode. 
  3. You are using the HeartGuide™ to take a blood pressure reading.
