The Bluetooth on your HeartGuide™ is disabled. What should I do?

When pairing for the first time, your HeartGuide™ is not in “pairing mode”. 
While re-pairing your HeartGuide™, it is not in “pairing mode”. Make sure your HeartGuide™ is in Bluetooth pairing mode by pressing and holding the [HOME] button on the watch for more than three seconds.
